Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years in HR Shared Services with Workday HCM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and business process setup.
• Proficient with Workday, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support firm-wide for HR Shared Services, including hiring, status changes, terminations, and time tracking.
• Lead testing of Workday upgrades and configuration changes; identify automation opportunities.
• Support data audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Train HR/People team on Workday processes and data entry for BSPs and attorneys.
• Collaborate with Payroll and other departments to ensure accurate data and pay.
