Job summary

Axiom Path is recruiting a senior Workday HCM integration architect for a global biopharmaceutical client in Bridgewater, MA. The role blends hands-on integration work with architectural leadership to enhance the Workday ecosystem.

You will lead Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API integrations, guiding a team of developers and integration consultants while ensuring security, governance, and scalable platform capabilities across HR, Payroll, Talent, and Time Tracking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HCM technical experience.
• 8+ years of Workday Integrations and technical solution delivery.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Workday implementations.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, APIs, web services, and XSLT.
• Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture, security, business processes, and reporting.
• Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate, including custom solutions.
• Experience with AI/Illuminates features and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, ServiceNow, DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, implementation, and support of Workday HCM integrations.
• Remain hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, APIs, and web services.

Requirements

Do You Have the Expertise to Lead in Workday HCM Integrations and Technical Architecture?

• 10+ years of HCM technical experience, including at least 8+ years of Workday Integrations and technical solution delivery.
  
• Proven experience technically leading enterprise-scale Workday implementations and Workday technical resources.
  
• Deep hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, APIs, web services, and XSLT.
  
• Strong practical experience with Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate, including custom application or workflow solutions.
  
• Experience implementing or leveraging Workday AI/Illuminate and automation capabilities.
  
• Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture, security, business processes, and reporting.
  
• Experience with enterprise middleware, cloud integrations, and API-driven architectures.
  
• Working knowledge across HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Time Tracking processes.
  
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, JIRA, ServiceNow, and DevOps practices.
  
• Ability to balance hands-on development with solution architecture and technical leadership responsibilities.
  
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and vendor-management capabilities.
  
• Workday certifications in Integrations, Studio, Extend, Orchestrate, or related areas are highly desirable.
