CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join our HR Technology team. You will support HR and Payroll operations by delivering scalable Workday solutions for domestic and international colleagues, collaborating with business partners and IT.

The role involves leading the Workday Core HCM roadmap, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and reporting, with hybrid onsite/remote work options and opportunities across multiple hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM domestically and internationally
• 4+ years Workday calculated fields & complex reports
• 4+ years configuring Workday business processes
• 3+ years HR technology landscape incl. cloud/mobile
• 3+ years gathering requirements and designing solutions
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors on defects

Responsibilities

• Supports HR and Payroll tech needs across HR, COEs and Shared Services.
• Builds relationships with HR Technology partners to align solutions.
• Leads Workday Core HCM roadmap and global priorities.
• Translates business requirements into technical Workday designs.
• Performs testing, documentation and timely delivery tracking.
• Generates reports and analytics for business needs.
• Participates in Workday release with regression testing guidance.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation and timelines.
