Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Workday HCM Strategy & Configuration Lead to join the HR Technology team. The role supports HR and Payroll operations for domestic and international employees, integrating business partners and stakeholders across regions to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

The candidate will manage functional designs, testing, and release activities, while maintaining documentation and ensuring alignment with global priorities. Hybrid onsite/work-from-home options may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring the Core HCM product area for domestic and international colleagues.
• 4+ years' experience with calculated fields, complex reports and various configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years' experience configuring, maintaining Business Processes, and building solutions in Workday.
• 3+ years' experience working with HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provides integral support to the HR and Payroll organizations for their technology needs, collaborating with HR partners and shared services.
• Establishes cross-functional relationships within HR Technology to ensure design and implementation of solutions.
• Collaborates with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and roadmap; aligns with global priorities.
• Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, designs functional configurations, and creates testing plans.
• Leads the translation of business requirements to technical solutions and maintains up-to-date documentation.
