Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workday HCM Product Analyst with primary responsibility for Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules.
• Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and optimize configurations across Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and related Workday modules.
• Partner with stakeholders across Human Resources, Benefits, Resource Management, Operations, and other business functions to identify needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll functionality to support business objectives and improve user experience.
• Prepare and manage mass data updates and bulk data loads, including year-end processing activities.
