Job summary

Huron is seeking a Workday HCM AMS Senior Consultant to join our Application Management Services team. In this client-facing role, you will support and optimize Workday HCM solutions across Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits.

You will work in a post-production AMS environment, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver configuration enhancements while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to maximize the value of Workday investments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven Workday HCM implementation, configuration or AMS support in production/post-production environments.
• Experience as a functional SME across Workday HCM including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Hands-on support, troubleshooting complex business processes, security, data and configuration issues for clients.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday HCM issues in AMS/post-production environments.
• Deliver configuration enhancements and support Workday releases.
• Partner with HR, payroll and business stakeholders to optimize Workday solutions.
• Lead client-facing discussions and provide strategic HR process guidance.
