Job summary

Qualified candidates bring 3–5 years analyzing requirements, 1–3 years owning project workstreams, and strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in Time Tracking and Absence management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• Experience with Time Tracking and Absence management is a must.
• 1–3 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision.
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking.
• Strong analytical skills with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate results to internal and client teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client.
