This hybrid role supports delivery in several cities, mentoring junior staff and shaping technology solutions aligned with client goals. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in requirements analysis, functional specs, testing, and issue resolution, with Time Tracking and Absence management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• Experience with Time Tracking and Absence management is a must.
• 1-3 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client.
