Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to drive the global Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking programs within the People Technology Team. You will own end-to-end lifecycle management from strategy and discovery through deployment, optimizing automation, accuracy, and the employee experience.

The role requires 7+ years configuring Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and experience in an Agile

Qualifications

• 7+ years configuring Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Deep functional expertise in Workday Payroll (GL, pay components, taxes), Absence, and Time Tracking configuration.
• Testing and Quality: experience leading tenant configuration testing, including UAT and regression testing.
• Analytical skills: building custom reports, dashboards, and hubs to drive data-informed decisions.
• Strategic communication: influence stakeholders across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Act as a strategic partner to People, Payroll, and Finance leadership, translating business needs into functional requirements and designs.
• Lead the design and configuration of payroll, absence, and time tracking processes, calculations, and rules.
• Manage the full lifecycle of payroll, absence, and time tracking configuration from discovery to deployment and maintenance.
• Leverage Workday reporting and analytics to monitor performance and recommend optimizations.
