The role emphasizes testing, data loads, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support system releases and provide timely production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 1–2 years of Workday HCM experience in Time Tracking, Absence, or Payroll.
• Experience with Workday Time, Absence and Payroll modules preferred, strong learning aptitude for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workday HCM Analyst focusing on Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules.
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and optimize configurations across Workday modules.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Resource Management, and Operations to deliver effective solutions.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment activities for Workday releases and enhancements.
