Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Change Management Consultant to guide federal clients through Workday implementations, aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve outcomes and long‑term value.

You will develop and deliver change management strategies, communications, and adoption plans, coordinating sponsor and stakeholder meetings and materials across complex programs. Strong writing and project management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of change management experience in ERP implementation.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply a structured change management approach to create and implement strategies and communications.
• Draft communication materials, facilitate sponsor and stakeholder meetings, and develop change management deliverables for Workday implementations.
• Support development of change management, communication, and adoption strategies; measure effectiveness of activities.
