Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technical Consultant to design and develop Workday integration solutions. You will lead and mentor integration consultants, oversee Studio, EIB, and core connectors development, and work with clients to capture requirements and design documents.

You will collaborate with third-party vendors as needed and communicate solutions across client teams, in a role requiring active TS/SCI clearance and federal project experience.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' Workday implementation experience
• 1+ year' integration development experience (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage other integration consultants through Workday deployments.
• Lead design, build, and testing of Workday integration code base (Studio, EIB, connectors).
• Work directly with clients to deliver requirements and design documents.
• Develop and lead development for quality Workday integrations.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors to complete integration work.
• Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams.
