Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to FDA leadership and stakeholders on change management, training, and implementation priorities.
• Lead week-to-week client delivery activities across change management and training workstreams.
• Draft client-ready communications, training content, and job aids for diverse audiences.
• Own deliverable quality and oversee junior staff to ensure accurate, client-ready outputs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage dependencies and keep implementation moving forward.
