Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions within HCM
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and configuration experience
- 1+ year as Functional Lead or SME in HCM processes, regulations, and reporting
Responsibilities
- Lead clients through all phases of Workday HCM implementation (discovery, design, configuration, testing)
- Coach clients on business process design, options, risks and downstream impacts
- Configure Workday per client requirements and standards
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and documentation
- Collaborate on client integration design, configuration, testing and data migrations
- Coach clients in Workday project approach and lead testing, data validation, and issue management
- Proactively communicate project risks and issues to leadership
