Your role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning people, processes, and technology. Candidates should have 3+ years ERP change management experience and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance; adjudication must be completed prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of change management experience in ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Guides clients through organizational change journeys associated with Workday implementations.
• Applies structured change management approaches to create strategies and communications and develop deliverables.
• Leads development of change management, communication, and adoption strategies.
• Develops communication plans and collateral with a wide array of stakeholders.
• Measures effectiveness of change strategies and activities.
