Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workforce Analyst to support workforce planning, organizational transformation, and change management for federal civilian agencies. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, engage stakeholders, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for mission-critical initiatives.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop client deliverables, support proposal development, and contribute to capability-building efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in management consulting, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and problem solving.
• Experience translating analyses into client-ready presentations and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; able to brief at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational assessments, workforce studies, strategic planning, and change management activities.
• Conduct benchmarking, research, and data collection including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups.
• Translate findings into actionable client recommendations for strategic transformation.
• Assist with organizational design, workforce planning, and process improvement efforts.
• Develop client-ready deliverables: reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Support project management and engagement coordination; facilitate client meetings and working sessions.
