Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM consultant to lead client engagements from discovery through testing and implementation. You will specialize in Workday Core HCM and guide clients through business process design and configuration, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.

A strong background in ERP for HCM and DoD/Federal contexts is required. This role requires the ability to obtain/maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, plus a degree and several years of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering ERP solutions within HCM.
2+ years hands-on Workday implementation and configuration experience.
1+ year as Functional Leader or SME in HCM processes, regulations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead clients through all phases of Workday HCM implementation as the functional expert.
Coach clients during business process design, presenting options, risks, and downstream impacts.
Configure the Workday system per client requirements and standards.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables and documentation.
Collaborate on client data migrations, integration design and testing.
Proactively communicate risks and issues to project leadership.
