Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience using Workday required.
• Experience with Workday Financials and/or Workday Payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor batch processing of production jobs and interfaces and resolve errors.
• Maintain Workday Financials and Payroll configuration and close processes.
• Collaborate with users to identify reporting needs and build dashboards.
• Recommend system improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support day-to-day application issues and security administration.
• Perform system testing and upgrade validation for Workday releases.
