Job summary

Great Hearts America seeks a Financial Systems Analyst for the Home Office with hybrid work arrangements. You will administer Workday Financial Management, ensure security, troubleshoot integrations, and deliver reporting solutions in collaboration with Finance and HR teams.

Ideal candidates have solid accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a track record of optimizing financial processes and controls. Reports to the Director of Financial Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Workday training or certification strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Financial Management experience.
• Experience supporting Workday Financial Management is required.
• Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Projects, Grants, Reporting or Payroll desirable.
• Experience with Workday security administration, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting EIBs and Workday integration monitoring and issue resolution.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Excellent written/spoken communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Workday Financial Management processes, security, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot errors, workflow issues, and data integrity concerns.
• Configure foundational financial data: cost centers, accounts, worktags, and org structures.
• Implement and maintain business process controls and validations.
• Create/maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Support Workday integrations, including EIBs and external interfaces.
• Manage security roles and periodic access reviews.
• Gather requirements, document solutions, test enhancements, and support Workday releases.
