Job summary

Great Hearts Academies seeks a Financial Systems Analyst to administer and optimize Workday Financial Management within a hybrid Home Office setting. The role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, Shared Services, and HR to maintain security, data integrity, and efficient reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Workday Financial Management experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid accounting foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, accounting, finance, business preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Workday training or certification strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Workday Financial Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Financial Management configurations, security, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot system errors, workflow issues, and data integrity concerns.
• Configure foundational financial data: cost centers, accounts, worktags, and org structures.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Support Workday integrations, including EIBs and external interfaces.
• Manage user access reviews and security roles.
• Document solutions, test enhancements, and support Workday releases.
