Berklee College of Music in Boston seeks a 2-year temporary Workday Compensation and HRIS Consultant to support labor relations negotiations and strategic HR initiatives. You will drive market benchmarking, optimize Workday job architecture, and create custom reports for leadership with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years HRIS experience, advanced Workday reporting skills, and strong Excel proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of HRIS administration experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday report writing (custom reporting, matrix reports, calculated fields, compensation configuration) and high proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
• Working knowledge of compensation practices, job architecture design, data analytics, and labor negotiation support.
• Benefits experience or HR credentials are a plus.
• Exceptional integrity handling sensitive, confidential labor data with attention to detail and collaborative problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data collection, compensation market benchmarking, and benefits analysis to inform union negotiation strategies.
• Execute ad hoc Workday reporting and generate executive summaries for senior leaders.
• Analyze job profile overlaps between union and non-union positions and propose enhancements to the job catalog and system structure.
• Audit compensation, job profile, and employee data within Workday for accurate analysis during negotiations and operations.
• Support ACA data validation, preparation, and reporting requirements.
