Included Health is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst – Finance to design, configure, deliver, and manage Workday Financials and related finance applications. This role partners with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into practical system solutions, improve business processes, and maintain reliable reporting and integrations.

The analyst provides production support and contributes to projects that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Finance operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years supporting Finance organizations or related area.
• At least 3-4 years hands-on experience with Workday Financials or comparable ERP.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, reporting, and documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and communicating clear resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Financials and related finance applications.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs and specs.
• Evaluate processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, reports, and calculated fields.
• Support integrations between Workday and adjacent finance applications.
• Provide day-to-day production support and issue resolution.
• Create and improve scheduled and ad hoc reports.
• Validate data accuracy and investigate reporting discrepancies.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria; coordinate testing.
• Support project planning and delivery for Finance systems initiatives.
• Stay current on Workday releases and new functionality.
• Create and maintain functional documentation.
• Build relationships with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, FP&A teams.
