Job summary

Berklee seeks a Workday Student Analyst to support Workday Student operations across our campuses and online. Reporting to the Senior Director, Workday Strategy and Operations, the Workday Student Analyst will work closely with the Workday functional and technical leads, while technically supporting the Registrar and Academic Affairs.

This position will collaborate with business partners to identify, recommend, and implement system improvements and enhancements, including reporting, dashboards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in higher education student operations (registrar, admissions, advising, etc).
• Direct Workday Student experience is required.
• Strong ability to map complex business processes into diagrams/documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Student operations across campuses and online.
• Configure modules (Admissions, Records, Advising) and ensure data quality.
• Test changes, participate in regression testing, and coordinate continuous testing.
• Support biannual Workday release cycles and change management.
• Create and maintain custom reports, queries, and dashboards; develop user training materials.
• Collaborate across student-services SMEs, operational staff, and management to translate requirements.
