Job summary

You'll document requirements, design solutions in Workday, coordinate testing and user acceptance testing, and assist with change management and training materials. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of business analysis, systems analysis, and/or technology support experience.
• Experience supporting and administering Workday HCM specifically Time Tracking and Payroll.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and system implementation practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to analyze Workday HCM Time Tracking and Payroll requirements and identify problems, gather requirements, and recommend solutions.
• Document as-is and to-be process flows and identify gaps in operational processes.
• Coordinate and implement solutions with Business, Developers, Project Managers, and 3rd party vendors.
• Develop and coordinate test plans, test scripts, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing.
