Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to administer, configure, and support Workday Financial Management at the Home Office. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, Shared Services, and People/HR to maintain data integrity and deliver reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years Workday FM experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid accounting foundation. This role requires rigorous requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and collaboration

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Workday Financial Management experience.
Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Projects, Grants, Reporting, or Payroll.
Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Administrate and maintain Workday Financial Management processes, security, and configurations.
Troubleshoot errors, workflow issues, and data integrity concerns; support integrations.
Configure foundational financial data and ensure effective control workflows.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts; assist in testing and releases.
