Job summary

St. Louis County’s Information Technology Department seeks a skilled ERP Analyst (Enterprise Resources Planning) to support the Workday ERP system, focusing on Financial Management and Human Capital Management.

This is a hands‑on role working with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement to optimize processes and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate translates complex business requirements into effective technical solutions, collaborates with stakeholders at all levels, and drives process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field.
• At least two years of business, technical, or analytical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain the County’s ERP Financials and HCM modules, including core finance and HR areas.
• Review workflows and gather detailed business requirements, translating them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and functional departments to align ERP capabilities with business goals.
• Participate in data migration, configuration design, and evaluation of new ERP features.
• Provide advanced end‑user support for ERP, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed.
• Develop and maintain ERP reports and dashboards covering HR and financial data.
• Ensure data integrity and define KPIs for reporting and compliance.
