We’re looking for a Workday Finance Lead who will act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence across financial systems.

What You’ll Do:

As our Workday Finance Lead, you’ll take ownership of key financial product areas including:

• Accounting
• Banking & Settlement
• Procurement
• Assets
• Projects
• Reporting

You will:

✔️ Partner with business leaders to gather and document requirements

✔️ Translate business needs into practical, scalable system solutions

✔️ Lead biannual Workday updates (impact analysis + regression testing)

✔️ Coordinate and manage UAT processes

✔️ Analyze and redesign legacy schemas (ERDs, data modeling)

✔️ Conduct workshops, demos, and stakeholder presentations

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of Workday Finance experience
• 3+ years in Systems Analysis / Business Analysis / Development
• 3+ years in SaaS solutions and system configuration
• Strong experience writing system requirements
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Exposure to Workday Strategic Sourcing or Evisort (plus!)
