Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Digital Capabilities System Analyst to join our People Systems team and drive Workday and other digital solutions that power workforce operations and the teammate experience.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable system solutions, balance governance and security, and partner with HR, IT, and leaders to enable efficient, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 2-4 years of Workday/HRIS experience.
• Experience configuring Workday modules: BP Framework, Security, Eligibility Rules, Notifications.
• Advanced Workday reporting with dashboards and analytics.
• Knowledge of integrations, EIB, and data auditing processes.
• Understanding of release management, governance and change control.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday solutions supporting workforce operations.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead moderately complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Evaluate and implement digital capabilities to improve efficiency and teammate experience.
• Configure Workday business processes, eligibility rules, notifications, and reporting.
• Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for workforce insights.
• Support integrations, EIBs, and data management activities.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Participate in release management, testing, and change management activities.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, compliance, and architecture standards.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
• Provide guidance and training on system functionality and best practices.
