Job summary

Intuit's PART team seeks a seasoned Core HR technologist with deep Workday Core HCM expertise to own end-to-end HCM solutions and drive AI-enabled improvements. You will shape requirements, design scalable HR capabilities, and partner across HR, product, and engineering to deliver a unified People Technology experience.

You will apply data-driven decision making to optimize processes, governance, and AI adoption while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in Core HCM configuration in Workday (HCM).
• 5+ years of experience in HR systems / People Technology.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily analyst work and able to cite examples.
• Curiosity about adjacent systems and how they connect (Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll).
• Strong ability to present to, influence, and manage stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand Intuit's people strategy to build Core HR technology solutions.
• Design innovative Core HR solutions using a Data by Design mindset.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather iterative feedback and improve design and functionality.
• Work with product managers and engineers to ensure cohesive experience across People Technology.
• Proactively identify where AI and automation can streamline Core HR processes, testing, data validation, and documentation.
• Evaluate and adopt AI tools to increase speed and quality across the team.
• Connect Core HR decisions to the broader People Technology ecosystem and related integrations.
• Hands-on configuration of Workday Core HCM solutions.
• Stay current with trends in Workday and Core HR and broader AI/HR tech landscape.
