Job summary

Nuro is seeking a People Systems Analyst to drive Workday operations, reporting, and workforce analytics for our People Operations team. You’ll own production support alongside two other analysts, build dashboards, and ensure core people processes run smoothly.

This lean, high-impact group values automation and AI-powered tooling, and you’ll contribute by validating data, refining integrations, and delivering timely insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR analytics.
• Workday experience required with exposure to at least one module.
• Comfortable writing test scripts, building EIB files, and troubleshooting configuration issues.
• Analytically minded with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Curious about technology, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 Workday production support and configurations.
• Configure, test, and implement release features in implementation tenants.
• Write test scripts and participate in testing cycles.
• Audit data and support data governance for People data.
• Own monthly executive KPI reporting and ad hoc analytics.
