The role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, leading testing and rollout of Workday features, ensuring data integrity, and driving adoption of AI-enabled HR products in a hybrid setup two days a week in our Atlanta office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Proficient with all Workday modules.
• Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Security).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive adoption.
• Lead testing and rollout of Workday feature releases, including AI capabilities.
• Configure, test and deliver AI-enabled features within Workday; bring pilots to production.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and run audits.
