Job summary

Snap Inc. in New York seeks a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team. You will configure and optimize Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning modules, build reports, and ensure data integrity.

You will lead cross‑functional projects, test configurations, coordinate user acceptance testing, and document processes while mentoring junior teammates. The role offers equity and requires office-based work with relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modules.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support existing Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning) and add new functionality as necessary.
• Build out and optimize our Workday ecosystem and create advanced reports.
• Test configurations via unit testing and coordinate UAT across teams.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and provide direction with minimal leadership support.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and maintain data integrity.
