Job summary

Snap Inc. in New York seeks a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team. You will configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning), build out the Workday ecosystem, test configurations, and manage projects with minimal guidance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT or related field and 3+ years of Workday experience; Workday Payroll Certification is preferred. Equity in RSUs and a strong benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modules.
• Experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support existing Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning) and add new functionality as necessary.
• Build out and optimize our Workday ecosystem.
• Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and UAT across teams.
• Lead projects with ambiguity from design to implementation with minimal leadership aid.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
• Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields.
• Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity.
• Train and mentor junior configuration specialists.
• Create functional and technical systems documentation.
