Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team in the United States.

You will configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning), build out the ecosystem, test configurations, and drive projects with minimal leadership guidance. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 3+ years of Workday configuration experience, plus strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 3+ years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modules.
• Experience testing configurations and creating documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning).
• Build out and optimize the Workday ecosystem.
• Test configurations via unit testing and UAT across teams.
• Lead projects with minimal leadership guidance.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues.
• Create advanced reports with calculated fields.
• Perform data reconciliations and maintain data integrity.
• Train and mentor junior configuration specialists.
• Create functional and technical system documentation.
