Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team in Los Angeles. You will configure and optimize Workday modules across HCM, payroll, and benefits, and lead cross-functional projects from design through implementation.

The role requires 3+ years in Workday configuration and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. Workday Payroll Certification is preferred. Equity in RSUs is offered and a strong emphasis on collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or closely related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Workday configuration experience with Workday modules.
• Workday Payroll Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support existing Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning).
• Build out and optimize the Workday ecosystem.
• Thoroughly test configurations via unit testing and facilitate UAT across teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior configuration specialists.
• Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields.
• Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure integrity.
