Snap Inc. is seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst to join the People Team in Los Angeles. You will configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning) and drive optimization across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3+ years of Workday configuration experience
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning) and add new functionality as necessary
• Build out and optimize our Workday ecosystem
• Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate UAT across teams
• Handle projects with ambiguity from design to implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
• Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields
• Perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data integrity
• Train and mentor junior configuration specialists
• Create functional and technical systems documentation
