Job summary

HelloFresh in New York is seeking a Workday Sr HRIS Analyst to lead the Workday ecosystem including configuration, enhancements, and deployment efforts. This SME will partner with HR Technology and COEs to drive efficient HR tech operations and improve employee experience and organizational productivity.

You will own Workday configurations for Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits (US) and Payroll (US), and collaborate with HR, IT and cross-functional teams to optimize system usage and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of Workday configuration/admin experience with Time Tracking, Absence (mandatory), Benefits and Payroll (US).
• Time Tracking implementation experience preferred (1 full lifecycle).
• Solid understanding of US Payroll and related regulations.
• Knowledge of time calculation rules, EIBs, reports, security and downstream impacts to payroll.
• Experience with bi-annual Workday releases and agile tools (Jira, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration and enhancement activities for Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits (US) and Payroll (US).
• Collaborate with HR Technology, Field HR, Shared Services, Benefits and Payroll teams for optimal Workday utilization.
• Partner with 3rd party consultants and IT to configure systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with strong customer service.
• Participate in design, planning, implementation and support of security and administration.
