Job summary

Accenture seeks a Workday Certified Compensation/Benefits Lead to join our advisory team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations integrating finance, analytics, planning and HR. You will guide design, prototype, testing and deployment of Workday-based compensation and benefits solutions for multiple clients.

Travel may be required as part of client engagements. The role emphasizes leadership, client education, and collaboration with vendor relationships to deliver enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Workday Benefits or Compensation Partner Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
• Minimum of 3 years of working of Benefits and/or Compensation Functional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and design Workday compensation/benefits solutions.
• Lead and mentor project staff; manage resources and budgets.
• Architect Workday Benefits/Compensation solutions across streams.
• Develop statements of work and client proposals.
• Lead workshops and client education sessions.
• Provide status updates to Delivery Lead and stakeholders.
