Aon Corporation is seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to implement the strategy, roadmap, and architecture of the enterprise planning platform. You will serve as design authority and hands-on technical lead across budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, scenario modeling, and reporting.

Partner with Finance, FP&A, and HR to deliver scalable, data-driven planning solutions, overseeing integrations with Workday Financials/HCM, ERP, data warehouses, and BI tools while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or enterprise planning platform experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience as architect/lead.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, system integration, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Own integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HCM/data warehouses.
• Develop and maintain executive reporting (OfficeConnect) and governance standards.
• Configure planning models, dimensions, and workflows for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
