Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials P2P/S2P Lead to join a team delivering payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. You will identify requirements, lead client workshops, and architect cohesive Workday P2P/S2P solutions while applying Accenture methodologies.

You’ll travel up to 0-100% depending on client needs and contribute to global transformations with Workday specialists. Compensation ranges vary by location and project scope; strong communication and leadership are

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials P2P or S2P experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, perform functional design and prototyping.
• Lead client workshops for education and alignment.
• Hold working sessions to gather and analyze requirements.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting cohesive Workday P2P/S2P solutions.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Apply Workday methodologies in projects.
