Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product information.
• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system and process transactions and returns.
