Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive outstanding service and accurate product information.

The role emphasizes coaching, certification, and effective store floor leadership. The position focuses on delivering high-quality customer interactions, maintaining merchandising standards, and coordinating training across the department to support sales goals and customer satisfaction in a busy home improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and department organization to ensure showroom readiness
• Certify product specialists and ensure they complete training programs
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections; process transactions at POS
