Floor & Decor is seeking a role dedicated to training and developing Product Sales Specialists. You will ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position emphasizes coaching, merchandising, and adherence to policy while leading by example. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this hybrid retail environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver top customer service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product information.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise and installation processes.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Process transactions at checkout and handle refunds per guidelines.
• Stock displays, create price tags, and communicate SOP changes.
