Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is seeking a Wok Cook for the Noodle Bar to support high-volume service and ensure quality prep for grilled, fried, broiled, or pantry dishes. You will work under the Sous Chef to deliver visually appealing plates that meet customer specifications.

The role requires basic food prep knowledge and line-work experience; a culinary degree or apprenticeship is preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be flexible to work varied shifts in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as a Cook Trainee or coffee shop line cook, or completion of a culinary arts degree or apprenticeship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepares foods for grilling, frying, broiling or pantry as listed on menus.
• Ensures plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to customer specifications.
• Recognizes sauces and applies them to entrees on daily menus.
• Maintains a neat and clean workstation and assists teammates on the line.
• Operates kitchen equipment such as slicers, choppers, mixers and grinders safely.
