Qualifications

• Basic food preparation knowledge and line cook experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all federal/state/gaming licenses/certifications.
• Typically requires 1+ year experience as Cook Trainee or line cook or completion of culinary arts degree or apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Prepares grilled, fried, broiled or pantry dishes ensuring plates are appealing and cooked to customer specifications.
• Recognizes sauces and applies them appropriately to entrees.
• Keeps workstation clean and organized; assists teammates for efficient line operation.
• Operates standard kitchen equipment (slicers, choppers, mixers, grinders).
• Assists with stock and recipe documentation; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Adapts to varying shifts and time schedules; communicates with guests and staff.
