Seminole Hard Rock Tampa seeks an Asian Specialty Cook to ensure smooth back-of-house operations for its Asian cuisine restaurants. You will prepare food per standards, support line staff, and interact with guests to create memorable experiences.

The role requires 2+ years of Asian culinary experience, high-volume wok expertise, and knowledge of Chinese and Vietnamese cooking styles, with strong communication skills in Chinese and/or Vietnamese.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of culinary experience in a high-volume Asian restaurant, hotel, casino or resort.
• Two year culinary arts degree required.
• High-volume wok experience and knowledge of Hong Kong, Cantonese and regional Asian cooking styles desired.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all food per operation standards and ensure consistency.
• Interact with guests when possible to create a memorable experience.
• Assist other line staff with daily tasks and duties.
• Maintain food production and storage in compliance with health department codes.
• Keep production areas clean, safe, and hazard-free.
