Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chef and Cook with quality and portion control.
• Be flexible to work in all kitchen areas across the station lineup.
• Promote positive guest relations and address complaints.
• Assist other line employees with daily tasks.
• Prepare production per standards set by Noodle Bar Chef.
• Label, rotate, and store products properly; monitor temperatures.
• Maintain inventory control of production and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure compliance with city/state health department codes and standards.
