Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a WMS Strategy & Central Team Leader to oversee the enterprise-wide Warehouse Management System rollout across multiple distribution centers. You will drive standardized processes, manage governance, and lead training programs to build capability among DC leaders and associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS implementations.
• Strong leadership and change management skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale technology implementations.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-site WMS implementation roadmap and align to corporate objectives.
• Chair central governance forums and establish decision-making frameworks.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, training, change management, deployment, and post go-live support.
• Define cutover criteria and manage stage-gate decisions with sponsors and PMO.
• Direct site readiness and remediation plans to meet go-live quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop central team resources across DC operations and IT.
