Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a WMS Strategy & Central Team Leader to steer the enterprise-wide Warehouse Management System rollout across multiple distribution centers. You will own the end-to-end implementation, oversee readiness, integration, and operational preparedness, and drive standardized processes with governance and post go-live support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across multiple distribution centers.
• Deep operational knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS platforms.
• Experience managing large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong collaboration across IT, supply chain and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-site WMS implementation roadmap aligned to corporate objectives and timelines.
• Chair central governance forums and establish decision-making thresholds.
• Lead Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, Change Management, Deployment and Post Go-Live activities.
• Oversee cutover and stage gate decisions with exec sponsors and PMO.
• Define design standards and SOPs to reduce variability across sites.
