Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a WMS Strategy & Central Team Leader to oversee the enterprise-wide Warehouse Management System rollout across multiple distribution centers. You will drive standardization, governance, and training to ensure a smooth implementation and adoption.

The role requires deep WMS expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to manage large-scale technology projects while engaging IT, supply chain, PMO and DC operations teams. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Manhattan WMS implementations, upgrades or enterprise deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with DC Leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-site WMS implementation roadmap aligned to corporate objectives and timelines.
• Chair central governance forums; establish decision-making frameworks, risk thresholds, and escalation paths.
• Lead execution across all phases: Design, Configuration, Testing, Training & Change Management, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Hypercare.
• Own cutover and stage gate decisions in partnership with executive sponsors, site leadership and PMO.
• Define and maintain design standards and operational principles for all sites; standardize processes and SOPs.
• Capture and disseminate lessons learned and reusable assets (templates, checklists, test suites).
